Artificial Intelligence Mold
Temperature Controller (Fuzzy Logic Controller System)
This system directly and precisely controls the
temperature of the mold by applying the fuzzy logic theory in response to
environmental changes of the mold. The logic controller is an artificial
intelligence system that maintains mold temperature within ±0.5°C from preset
values. Its build-in a perfect turbulence flow generator (Reynold’s number
8,500 or higher) can cool down resin in the mold very quickly, shorten
production cycle time, and save energy and extend equipments’ life span.

2. More precise temperature control

Actual mold

to get defect-free products from the first injection after restarting the
machine due to rapid temperature recovery.

It is
unnecessary to readjust the molding condition of the machine since constant
mold temperature is maintained.
d)
No matter what
surrounding temperatures are and the scale gathered, the flow of cooling water
is automatically controlled; therefore keeping mold temperature within ±0.5°C.

Direct
measurement of mold temperature enables easy diagnosis of troubles of mold,
materials, injection molding machines, and others.

It is necessary to maintain consistent injection pressure to reduce raw
material usage (Reduction rate 8 – 12 %).

saves more than 90% of energy by running the heater and the pump during initial preheating stage only, and operating the
solenoid valve during production.
b) With much reduced operating of electrical devices
and parts, malfunctions occur less often and life span improves.
c) Since constant mold temperature is maintained,
the injection molding machine is also managed under good condition, enhancing
its own life span.
