In order to keep constant temperature
inside the oil tank of an injection-molding machine,
oil cooler’s cold water flow is
automatically controlled by opening
or closing a solenoid valve.
Please keep the temperature of
the hydraulic fluid oil at 40°C.

When the temperature of the hydraulic
fluid oil falls below 40°C,
viscosity increases and when the
temperature exceeds 40°C, it
decreases.
Varying the temperature of the
oil changes mold pressure, injection
pressure and injection speed, and
this may cause defective products.
