Intelligence Mold Temp. Controller
(Fuzzy
Logic Controller System)
This
system directly and precisely controls the temperature
of the mold by applying the fuzzy logic theory in
response to environmental changes of the mold. The
logic controller is an artificial intelligence system
that maintains mold temperature within ±0.5°C
from preset values. Its build-in a perfect turbulence
flow generator (Reynold’s number 8,500 or higher)
can cool down resin in the mold very quickly, shorten
production cycle time, and save energy and extend
equipments’ life span.
